DELIVERIES

Courier costs are calculated based on product size, weight, and destination. Once manufacturing is complete and we receive full payment, we dispatch orders within three to five working days, and shipping charges are additional. Alternatively, you can collect your order from our showroom. ( by prior appointment ) We take care of packaging but are not responsible for loss or damage once handed over to the courier. ( Discuss this - as we have insurance with Orca for R10 000 only per waybill ) Does Renasa offer coverage of GIT ( goods in transit )

 
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

For international orders, shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight, and destination. We dispatch international orders within three to five working days after manufacturing. Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Accurate shipping and contact details are essential, and we are not liable for return shipments or incorrect information.

DAMAGE AND LIABILITY DURING DELIVERY

We may repair minor damage during delivery at our discretion. Follow the steps outlined in case of damage and notify us promptly. Failure to follow the steps releases us from liability.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

Contact us via email before returning goods. Follow the instructions for safe packaging. After inspecting the goods, we will discuss potential defects. If defects are found, we offer repair, replacement, or refund. Return shipping costs will be compensated if applicable. Non-defective items are not eligible for return.
